Harp Visual Media has worked with Jamestown North America for nearly eight years, beginning with product photography and growing into a much broader creative and marketing partnership. Over time, that work has expanded to include brand support, video production, a brand video, and ongoing social media services through our Launch package. What started as a media need has grown into a long-term relationship built on trust, consistency, and a shared understanding of the bigger picture behind the brand.
Jamestown is a lead manufacturer, which creates a unique challenge from a visual storytelling standpoint. Lead is not always the easiest material to make look exciting on camera, so our approach has never been just about photographing the product itself. Instead, we have focused on the story behind it. Many of the products Jamestown manufactures go into applications that are far bigger than the material alone, from race cars to nuclear submarines to x-ray equipment in children’s hospitals. That shift in perspective has helped us create content that is not just technically strong, but more meaningful and more relevant to the people Jamestown is trying to reach.
As our relationship with Jamestown has grown, that thinking has shaped more than just product photography. It has also informed the way we approach their social media presence and broader messaging. Rather than talking only about the product, we work to bring forward the why behind it, the impact of what they make, and the role they play in much larger industries and systems. That kind of strategy has helped move the relationship beyond one-off media support and into a true marketing partnership.
