In 2025, EnerMech brought Harp Visual Media in to cover its PowerUp 2025 executive conference with both event photography and video. The conference centered around a major shift within the company, and the team wanted more than standard event coverage. They needed visual content that captured the experience of the event itself while also documenting the people and perspectives helping drive the company forward.

Because Harp Visual Media is built to work in a hybrid photo and video capacity, we were able to cover the event efficiently without requiring a large additional crew for the core production. Alongside full event coverage, we also facilitated and filmed nine interviews with key stakeholders during the conference. These interviews gave EnerMech the opportunity to capture valuable insight from the people shaping the change, while also adding more depth and meaning to the final highlight video.

At the same time, the event also created an opportunity to handle another important need: updated executive headshots. Through our contractor network, we were able to scale the production and schedule a dedicated headshot photographer during one of the event days. That meant EnerMech could get polished headshots for leadership without sacrificing the main priorities of event coverage and interviews.

The result was a much more complete content package than a standard event recap alone. EnerMech walked away with full photo and video coverage of the conference, a highlight video shaped by real leadership insight, and a new set of executive headshots captured while everyone was already together.
