  • Our monthly social packages are built to take content off your plate and give your business a consistent, strategy-backed presence online. Depending on the package, that can include monthly planning, filming, editing, social-ready optimization, caption support, scheduling, publishing, analytics review, and in higher tiers, deeper strategy and more production volume.

  • Launch is a great fit for small businesses that want to stay visible and finally post consistently. Build is better for growing brands that need more content and done-for-you posting support. Thrive is built for businesses that want a true content engine with both stills and video, while Unlimited is for brands that need ongoing strategic media across social, web, sales, trade shows, and more.

  • No Problem! You don’t have to be on a monthly retainer to work with us. We also offer project-based photo and video services for businesses that need content for a specific campaign, launch, event, website update, or one-time marketing push. If a retainer is not the right fit right now, we are happy to talk through a custom project that meets you where you are.

  • Yes. Our packages are designed to give you a strong starting point, but we know every business has different goals, priorities, and timelines. If you need a little more support in certain areas, we can tailor the scope with add-ons like extra video, longer-form content, photography, content calendar development, social strategy support, and other creative services. During the consultation, we’ll talk through what makes the most sense for your business and build a plan that fits.

  • Yes. Many businesses start with social media, then realize they need support in other areas of marketing too. HVM can also help with broader marketing and branding needs like websites, email campaigns, lead capture, sales cycle automations, and other strategic projects. Our Unlimited package is a content package first, designed for businesses that need more ongoing content and more strategic support. It can also play a strong role in supporting your broader marketing efforts through an aligned, goal-driven scope.

  • Each package is designed to give you a consistent monthly posting rhythm, not just a set number of videos. Launch includes up to 12 posts per month, including 4 short-form videos. Build includes up to 16 posts per month, including up to 8 short-form videos. Thrive includes up to 30 posts per month, including up to 16 short-form videos. The remaining posts are filled out with a strategic mix of photo posts, designed graphics, and carousels so your content stays varied, intentional, and aligned with your goals.

  • Our social media packages are offered in 6 or 12 month terms. We do this because good marketing takes time, and anything shorter than 6 months usually does not give the strategy enough time to gain traction, build consistency, or produce meaningful results. We want the work to have a real chance to support your goals, not just create a short burst of activity.

  • Every retainer starts with a real deep dive into your business. We look at your marketing, sales process, brand presence, audience, competition, and what makes you different. From there, we build a brand report and strategy, make sure your social and digital foundation is ready, create content around clear goals, and keep refining the plan with performance data as your business grows. This is not random posting. It is a structured process built to support real business goals.

  • Before any content is produced, we make sure the foundation is solid. That can include cleaning up your social profiles, strengthening your Google Business presence, fixing backend issues, and making sure your platforms are ready to support the marketing we are about to do. Then we move into planning the monthly content calendar, production schedule, and messaging priorities so the content is built with purpose from the start.

  • We do not believe in posting and hoping for the best. Every package includes some level of performance review, and the higher tiers go deeper with strategy meetings and analytics-driven adjustments. We track what is happening on the social side, study the data, look for patterns, and refine the approach over time so the strategy keeps improving instead of getting stale. The goal is not just to make content. It is to help your business grow.
